Quick & Easy Gramveda Thalipeeth Recipe-
1️⃣ Mix: GramVeda Thalipeeth flour with chopped onion, coriander, methi/spinach, grated carrot/cucumber, crushed chili & garlic, turmeric, chili powder, sesame seeds, and salt. Add fresh mint & ajwain if desired.
2️⃣ Prepare: Make a soft dough, rest for 10 mins.
3️⃣ Shape: Flatten on a wet muslin cloth, make small holes.
4️⃣ Cook: Roast on a hot iron pan with ghee/wood-pressed oil.
5️⃣ Enjoy: Serve hot with curd, pickle, or mung fry! 😋
